The following is Hannah’s testimony in her own words:
In August of 2021, while at work, I started having an allergic reaction after eating lunch, which was from our local Mexican restaurant— queso included. When I realized I couldn’t swallow, I knew I had a huge problem. I work at a doctors office, so they were able to quickly give me meds.
Over the next two months, I developed allergies to dairy (milk, butter, cheese, etc.), peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, and fresh fruit (including avocados!)
I asked both my allergist and one of the doctors I work with if I would outgrow my allergies. My allergist gave me a lengthy, scientific explanation that was essentially no, and the doctor I work with said, “Unless there’s some kind of miracle, no.”
My peanut allergy was so severe that even if someone was eating peanut butter near me, I would break out in hives, my lips would swell, my throat would start to feel tight, and then I would cough uncontrollably. This happened multiple times.
Enter January 2026. Bro. Vick came to our church for a Sunday morning service. When my parents took him out to eat the night before, the subject of my food allergies came up as it always does. I mean, who orders nachos with no cheese at a Mexican restaurant?
The next day, Bro. Vick prayed that God would heal my food allergies. After he finished praying, I took a step back and my first thought out of nowhere was “I guess I’m trying peanut butter tomorrow.”
At work the next day, I told a very faith-filled coworker what had happened. She asked me what I wanted to do, and I said “I think I want to smell some peanut butter.” 😂 That’s exactly what I did, and I had absolutely no reaction. This was this something I definitely could not tolerate before. Then, that same day, I tried the smallest bite of peanut butter you can try and call it a bite. I mean, it was smaller than a mustard seed. I had no reaction!
I asked one of the doctors I work with what he wanted me to do. He told me to eat a small amount of peanut butter every day, and increase it every week. After around two months of doing this, I asked if we could repeat the peanut and tree nut lab work. Every single value was a class 0 with the exception of one component of peanuts, so my doctor was not comfortable saying I didn’t have a peanut allergy. He called my allergist, then I ended up talking to my allergist as well. When he heard that I was eating at least 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter, he said, “You do not have a peanut allergy.”
I asked about tree nuts, and he eventually decided to have me come in for an official food challenge to almonds. I passed my almond food challenge with no problems! He told me he felt he could say based on labs and no reaction to the almonds that I am not allergic to other tree nuts. Full confession, I haven’t tried many others, but I can’t wait to have some of my favorite foods this fall and winter that have tree nuts!
I had repeated my dairy lab work before my food challenge, and showed my allergist that as well. All three components went from class 3, 2, and 1 respectively to class 0/1 which is considered 0, and the other two components were 0 as well.
I went back for another food challenge to dairy— I ate string cheese and had no problems whatsoever.
I had repeated my egg and wheat lab work before thai food challenge. When he saw that both labs were a class 0, he said “You’re don’t have this allergy.” He did give me specific directions for how to incorporate eggs, and then how he wanted me to try wheat.
Last week, July 3rd, I finished my peanut butter jar that I bought back in February!
I eat Greek yogurt almost every day now, almonds multiple times a week, peanut butter by the spoonful, eggs, and even fresh fruit. I can have wheat with no allergic reaction, and as of this week, I have had cheddar cheese, butter, and for the first time in almost five years since it all started, queso from my Mexican restaurant.

IN SUMMARY
Many of you know that my husband and I travel extensively, and minister in many churches. God has blessed us to see His mighty works of healing in most of those services. Hannah’s healing testifies of one of those divine encounters. God still heals today. What are you believing Him for?
Warm Regards In Jesus’ Name,
-Pat
